Josh came out himself and the office managers has been very communicative. Initial issues now taken care of and I am very appreciative.
I initially excused when they completely left one window off of my order, and then had to send a second crew out to redo three of my windows that were put in lopsided. Now, however, it has been nearly 6 months of me trying to get warranty work done on one window with a broken glass and one window that is warped and will not open and needs to be completely replaced. Their Communication is extremely lacking. Once they get your money for the initial job, that they really act like they don’t care about you at all.

Love my Pella sliding door and all the folks at Supreme Windows and Doors that helped me pick it out and install it. Installed in November 2024 and enjoying spring using it!!! Excellent company!!!!
